City League and Amsterdam League
Every year Crunch Ultimate Frisbee organises various local leagues, usually in Spring and Autumn. The next leagues (City League and Amsterdam League) will take place in spring 2008: 19 May - 30 June.
City League:
The City League is a local competition under the commission of the Dutch Frisbee Federation (NFB). Teams consist of men and women with various levels of experience, so experienced Ultimate players play together with new players. Experience is not needed to join. You can join individually or with some friends. By participating you become a NFB member for the rest of the NFB year (membership ends automatically 31 December).
Costs: 5 euros for NFB-members and 10 euros for non-NFB-members. You get a disc for FREE!!

Amsterdam League:
The Amsterdam League is a local mixed competition for teams. Every Monday night for six weeks every team plays one game of one hour. Since it is mixed, every team always needs to have a minimum of two women on the line. And defence needs to match the number of women of the team playing offence (maximum 3).
Costs: 40 euros per team
