About Crunch

Crunch is a Dutch ultimate frisbee club which was founded in 1991. Over the years, we have grown into a vibrant little community, as well as the largest club in The Netherlands. Crunch has several teams playing Dutch competition during the indoor and outdoor season, plus three tournament teams (Open, Mixed and Women). Apart from the Dutch competition, Crunch regularly organizes the City League, mixed both in level of play and gender, and the Amsterdam League (a local mixed league). In total, over 100 players are playing with Crunch.

Crunch has two honoray members:

Reggi Hensen	Founder and still very active, he is now training and coaching youngster team Bovine University
Koen Alexander	Long time president (six years!) who has done so much for the growth and development of Crunch

Crunch is a so called 'Bondslid' of the Nederlandse Frisbee Bond / Dutch Frisbee Association. The majority of our players is a member of the NFB through their membership of Crunch.
