WANNA TRY ULTIMATE FRISBEE?

Ultimate Frisbee is an intense team sport played on a field or in a hall, with a disc. Points are scored by catching the disc in the opponents' endzone. Physical contact is not allowed, nor is walking when in possession of the disc. Most of the time the sport is played by men and women together. Check out this cool movie of Ultimate Frisbee.

Crunch is an Amsterdam based Ultimate Frisbee club with over a 100 members. We are always looking for new players. Experienced or not. We have lots of low cost oppportunities for newbies to try out the sport: City League, beginners' courses and all level practices.
