By bike:

From the city: Cycle to the Vondelpark and travel southwest through the park. At the far end, use the main exit and continue straight across Amstelveenseweg until you reach the Schinkel canal. Cross the bridge and immediately turn left on Sloterkade. Follow this street all the way (becomes Rijnsburgstraat, Aalsmeerplein, Vlaardingenlaan) until you pass under the A10 highway. Then turn left at the roundabout onto Overschiestraat. Cycle about 200m, the entrance to the fields is on your right just before the road bends left, behind little café Leut. Once you enter the sportpark gates keep going straight ahead until you see the stand/tribune.

By metro:

Take metro 50 to stop Henk Sneevlietweg (this metro runs through major stops like Sloterdijk station (train), Lelylaan (train), Amstelveenseweg, Zuid WTC (train), and Rai).
When you get off, walk towards the pinkish group of buildings and the sloping road that leads to the Ring of A'dam. Follow the bicycle trail that turns to the right after 600 metres or so. You will still be walking around the pinkish coloured buildings (you can also cut through them). At the end of them, you will see the fields. The entrance is around the corner to you left, just follow the moat that's keeping the fields safe. Its only a 4 minute walk.
Once you enter the sportpark gates keep going straight ahead until you see the stand/tribune.

By car:

From the A10:
Take exit S107 Sloten. If you take the exit away from the center, at the bottom of the exit you will find yourself in the Overschiestraat. Turn right. Before the road makes a turn into a tunnel, turn park the car behind little café Leut. The entrance to the sportpark is right there.
Once you enter the sportpark gates keep going straight ahead until you see the stand/tribune.
From the A9 (Haarlem or Holendrecht):
Turn onto the A4 direction Amsterdam.
From the A4 (Leiden):
Take exit 1, Sloten. At the bottom, turn right (past McDonalds). Keep following the road, which turns left (90º), then left again (90º). Follow it and take the first right (not IBM) onto the Henk Sneevlietweg. After passing under the metro, turn right (down ramp) just before the road reaches the top. At the bottom of the ramp, you are in the Overschiestraat. Turn right. Before the road makes a turn into a tunnel, park the car behind little café Leut. The entrance to the sportpark is right there. Once you enter the sportpark gates keep going straight ahead until you see the stand/tribune.
