Spongebabes DamSquare

SpongeBabes DamSquare is the name of the women's team of Amsterdam. We started practicing together in the spring of 2007 and continued playing on and off since. We have joined grass as well as indoor and beach tourneys such as Windmill, Tom's Tourney, Martinicup, Berlin Ultimate Mitte with a group of women from Amsterdam... Many of our players are also committed to other teams inside or outside of Crunch.

We ALWAYS train in the winter months, when all the guys move indoors. Usually, there are no weekly practices in the summer months as those would overlap with other teams' practices. Our practices are also open to women from other clubs.

Practice
For winter 2011/12, we have practices once a month on Thursdays 19.00-21.00 at Sportpark Drieburg, starting on the 1st of december. During this practice you learn to play horizontal by practising various plays. Please get in touch with Luzia if you are interested to join.
